FREQUENTLY ASKED

1.) HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT?

Our company policy is to invoice for 25% as a material deposit and to hold your spot on our calendar. We then invoice for the remaining 75% to be due upon completion.

4.) DO YOU LOCATE PROPERTY LINES?

Yes, we will call in the utility locating ticket, which marks most public lines. The utility locate does not cover private lines so please let us know if you have a private line on site.

5.) DO WOOD FENCES NEED SEALING?

Yes, sealing your wood fence 1-3 months after installation is best for the longevity of your fence. We recommend Wood Defender products. Let us know if you’re interested in a quote.

2.) WHAT KIND OF FENCE AM I REQUIRED TO      HAVE AROUND MY POOL?

Contact City Hall and talk to Community Development to find out what the city code requires.

3.) HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON MY NEW      FENCE?

This will depend on the fence you have. We normally offer a 3 year warranty for craftsmanship after installation.

Most cities will allow up to a 6 foot fence before you need to call the city for permission, restrictions, and a permit.

Absolutely, every post installed by Royal Fence will be cemented unless otherwise specified by the homeowner.
